Our Story
Once Upon a Bud
Apotho Therapeutics began in September 2018 with a mission to shape the future of the cannabis industry. Our dedicated team values curiosity, creativity, and innovation, working to advance efficiency and inspire diverse workplaces. Guided by our core values, we focus on research and science to unlock the full potential of cannabis. Every decision we make is backed by evidence to ensure we deliver the highest quality products.
Doors Wide, Jars Open
In the cold winter of February 2021, Apotho Therapeutics proudly opened its first location in Plainville on Route 1, becoming one of the area’s first dispensaries. From the start, our goal has been to provide a welcoming space where customers can explore cannabis with confidence. As pioneers in the community, we are comminted to setting a standard of quality, education, and care that continues to guide everything we do.
Where the Magic Grows
In 2023, we expanded by opening our own cultivation facility in Athol, MA. Growing our own cannabis allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency from seed to shelf. By cultivating in-house, we ensure that every product reflects our commitment to care, innovation, and excellence.
The Sequel: Bigger and Buddier
In November 2024, Apotho Therapeutics opened its second retail location in Dartmouth. Building on the success of our Plainville Store, this expansion allowed us to bring the same commitment to quality, education, and customer care to a new community. With Dartmouth, we’re proud to continue growing and sharing our passion for cannabis with even more customers across Massachusetts.

THC % On Menu
THC percentages on our websites may vary to in store product due to restocking frequently. Please confirm with your budtender the percent of the product your purchasing.
Menu price items
We have recently switched over to a new menu software so prices may come up incorrect. Apotho Therapeutics will not honor the mistake as shown on the menu. Please confirm with your budtender when ordering.

Product Pick Up
1. Walk in ordering is welcomed, no pre - order needed. Valid ID will be checked upon entering as well as at the register.
2. Local pick up: Order online and select the “Local Pick Up” option at check out. Once you have submitted your online order, you will receive a text saying Apotho Therapeutics is processing your order. A second and final text will let you know when your order is ready for you to come inside to purchase / pick up.

Recreational or Medical Dispensary?
Both locations are currently Recreational Licensed Dispensaries only. All that is needed to enter is a valid form of ID.

Due to frequent menu changes our images may slightly vary from actual product.
Appointment Needed?
No need to make an appointment, feel free to walk right in! We have a talented and knowlegable staff who are there to answer any questions.
Payment Options
We take cash or any DEBIT card with a pin required.
ALL debits have a $3 fee due to it being an ATM charge.
We do not take CREDIT payment at this time.
Online Ordering Hours
Our online ordering menu is live between the hours of 10:00am - 7:30pm. Orders placed before 10:00am must wait until opening time (10:00am) to pick up your product. Any order made before 7:30pm can be picked up till 8:00pm.
Taxes
Plainville Location: Our taxes are included in the price, which means you know exactly what you’re pay at the time of ordering.
Dartmouth Location: Taxes are not included in the price, taxes will be included at checkout.
THC / CBD Products
We mainly carry THC products with limited CBD options available.
Accepted IDs
State ID, LTC, Passport, Native American ID, US Military ID, Mass ID Card, Mass Liquor ID.
